Illinois Institute of Technology is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support the Benefits Manager and employees with benefit enrollment, inquiries, and payroll-related tasks. You will audit deductions, coordinate with vendors, and provide data entry support for HR operations.
Required two years in employee benefits/payroll, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS/Payroll systems. A high school diploma is required; SHRM-CP/CBP is a plus. This is an on-site role within the HR team at IIT.
