Executive Recruiter

Our client, a growing software development/SaaS company, is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to support a high-priority hiring initiative. This individual will act as the sole recruiter and lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for several high-priority positions that are critical to the company’s growth plans and need to be filled by year-end. This contract role is ideal for a candidate with experience recruiting for senior-level technology and business roles within SaaS, hospitality, retail, or related industries, and who is comfortable partnering directly with leadership throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for key, high-impact openings

Manage recruiting efforts for senior-level positions, including technical and business leadership roles

Partner closely with HR and executive leadership on hiring strategy and market outreach

Source, screen, and present qualified candidates in a timely manner

Drive hiring processes forward with urgency to meet aggressive timelines

Provide a strong candidate experience while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders

Offer feedback, guidance, and recruiting insights throughout the search process
