Job Description
  • Assist with registering employees for events,
    coaching attendees, and distributing event materials at events
  • Help facilitate the appropriate diverse selection of recruiters/team members attending Career Fairs/Campus Events
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure attendees have all the necessary events information
  • Update and manage career fair and events tracker and internal campus recruiting landing page
  • Research, identify
    , develop and maintain relationships with career service representatives,
    diverse on campus student groups
    , faculty and other key stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute campus events for recruitment and relationship building (i.e.,information sessions,
    resume review
    , mock interviewing
    , etc.)
  • Assist with developing and maintaining outreach communications for newly identified university and external partners (i.e., career service representatives, key faculty, club leaders and other key stakeholders, diversity organizations)
  • Research
    , identify
    , develop and maintain relationships with external campus organizations and partners keeping diversity and inclusion top of mind
  • Assist with compiling the year-end results summary to HR leadership
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in campus recruitment or program coordinator
  • Strong attention to detail
    ; very organized
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to plan and organize effectively
  • Knowledge of Google and Microsoft applications
