Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs across all levels.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
• Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Ulti Pro or Kenexa Brass Ring to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on candidate sourcing and selection.
• Lead campus recruitment initiatives and participate in job fairs to attract emerging talent pools.
• Conduct employment law compliance checks related to HR sourcing, external recruiting, and high-volume hiring practices.
• Use social media marketing (recruitment) to promote job openings and employer branding efforts across various platforms.
• Oversee employee orientation programs and support employee evaluation processes to ensure smooth integration into teams.
• Engage in training & development activities related to HR legal compliance, HR systems, and talent management best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, including executive recruiting, technical recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with talent management software such as Ulti Pro or Kenexa Brass Ring, along with HR systems like ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent management and HR legal compliance standards.
• Ability to source candidates through research, cold calling, social media marketing (recruitment), and other innovative channels.
• Experience in employee relations, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and succession planning is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
• A proactive approach to relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners alike.
