Swoon is actively seeking a Sr. Cyber Security Engineer/Architect to join the team!

US Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder are required – (Sponsorship and C2C is NOT available at this time or in the future)

This is a 6+ month role

What your day-to-day look like?

• Design and implement enterprise security solutions across cloud and on-premise environments
• Lead incident response, threat modeling, risk assessment, and vulnerability management initiatives
• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents
• Key role in threat detection, incident response, and security architecture remaining vigilant in cyber threats
• Lead architectural analysis of cybersecurity solutions and relates existing systems to future needs and trends
• Lead IAM initiatives internally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• Experience with Cloudflare DNS platform with Terraform Scripting skills
• Proofpoint email security platform management
• Zscaler ZIA and ZPA deployment and management
• Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection
• Proficient with Splunk, Crowd Strike, Palo Alto, Nessus, and Wireshark
• Experience with Zero Trust Architecture and IAM
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CED, CISM, or AWS Security Specialty preferred, but not required

What else should you know?

Contract – 6+-month contract role

Location – Remote but MUST be willing to work in EST time zone
