As a Senior Trade Support Engineer, you will leverage your skills to solve complex technical problems, collaborating with trading, infrastructure, and software teams. You will communicate directly with exchanges, traders, and developers to resolve issues.
Qualifications & Skills- 5-10+ years in trade support, site reliability engineering, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related discipline
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, troubleshooting tools)
- Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets
- Experience with production Kubernetes environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations with traders and developers
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, Power Shell) for automation
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
- Maintain the health and availability of our trading ecosystem
- Respond to support requests from traders and engineers
- Coordinate with external trading partners to resolve technical issues
- Onboard new trading systems and technologies
The annual base salary ranges from $130,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and skills. The role includes an annual discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability, life insurance, HSA, FSA), and more.
