The Site Reliability Engineer role is a software development focused position dedicated to keeping complex, distributed trading systems running reliably ’ll build telemetry and automation tools that continuously monitor platform health, enable proactive detection and resolution of issues, and enhance performance across the environment.
This is a hands‑on engineering role where you’ll write production‑grade Python, design automation workflows with Terraform, and work across a modern AWS stack including EC2, EKS, Cloud Watch, and RDS. You’ll collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to build systems that are secure, scalable, and resilient.
The environment is fast paced, highly technical, and built on trust and autonomy. Engineers are encouraged to take ownership, experiment, and contribute ideas that directly impact system reliability and performance.

Base salary is up to $150k with a 10 percent bonus.
