Investment Bank in Downtown Chicago is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Providing Level 1 & 2 support for 30 end users
- Providing consistent customer care
- Resolving technical assistance requests via telephone, email, chat, or desk side support
- Working with a support team for escalated issues
- 3–5 years of application and desktop support experience in financial institutions
- Effective communication skills with all levels of Management, IT teams, and Bankers; strong interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting mobile phones: iPhones, Blackberries, Androids
- Printer support and Active Directory password resets
- Ability to recognize and communicate risk with a strong track record for production risk mitigation
- Ability to deliver quality products and processes to a production environment
- MS Office troubleshooting (Windows XP/7, Office 2003/2007/2010, Outlook)
- Maintain emotional control under stress and a positive attitude when dealing with clients
- Some bending, stooping, climbing, and walking; occasional lifting and carrying of heavy objects
