OverviewWe are scaling multiple fast‑growth brands across supplements, telehealth, travel subscriptions, tech, and AI/automation and we're on the hunt for a world‑class Direct Response Media Buyer who thrives on owning the entire customer acquisition funnel from ad click to conversion. This is not just a media buying role. You'll be the CRO, strategist, and performance marketer—responsible for crafting, testing, and scaling full‑funnel systems that convert cold traffic into customers across Facebook/Instagram, Google, and Tik Tok Shop.
We're looking for a true direct response killer—someone who can write high‑converting copy, build optimized funnels, and scale paid traffic profitably. If you think like a growth CMO but love getting your hands dirty inside the ad account and landing pages, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Own- Media Buying Across Paid Social + Search:
Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook/IG), Google, and Tik Tok Shop; daily analysis of campaign performance to optimize creative, audiences, bidding, and spend; ruthless focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV. - Conversion Rate Optimization + Funnel Strategy:
Own and optimize full funnel architecture—landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows, upsells; lead A/B tests across pages, hooks, CTAs, and offers; turn performance data into actionable testing roadmaps. - Direct Response Copywriting That Sells:
Write (or guide) ads, headlines, lead‑ins, advertorials, and VSL scripts that drive conversions; match copy angles to customer psychology and platform behavior. - Funnel + Offer Creation:
Architect new funnels from scratch to launch new products or verticals; coordinate landing page design, copy, and structure with internal or external designers; leverage proven DR frameworks to continuously launch and test new offers. - Ownership & Strategic Growth Leadership:
Set KPIs, manage budgets, and hold yourself accountable to results; collaborate closely with founders and marketing leadership; build and eventually lead a small performance team as we scale.
- Expert in Paid Social (Meta, Tik Tok) and Google Ads: 2–5+ years of hands‑on media buying with proven results; experience managing 6–7 figure budgets with measurable growth outcomes.
- Direct Response Copywriting + CRO Mastery:
You can write, test, and optimize ads, landing pages, and funnel copy that converts; deep experience running A/B tests and optimizing every stage of the funnel. - Funnel Builder with Results:
You've built landing pages, VSL funnels, and lead gen flows from scratch—using tools like Click Funnels, Webflow, High Level, Unbounce, or similar; bonus if you've launched offers in supplements, telehealth, or consumer SaaS. - Strategic + Tactical:
You think like a CMO but execute like a performance operator; you don't wait for creative assets or landing pages—you build them yourself or drive the process forward. - Self‑Starter with High Standards:
You thrive in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments; you own your outcomes, track your metrics, and move fast. - Timezone:
Must be available to work in Pacific Time (PST) hours.
