- Service Max implementation knowledge with 8-10 years of designing and developing experience.
- Experience in design and development of technical solutions on platform and custom Service Max solutions.
- Knowledge of Service Max development best practices.
- Good understanding of SFDC Service Max Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in Service Max configuration and customization.
- Gather all business requirements and design technical solutions.
- Develop code in Apex, Smart Docs Visual Force, configure SFMs and other modules.
- SFDC Certification Dev 401 and Service Max Certified professionals required; SFDC Certification 501 preferred.
- Previous experience with distributed global team, especially with offshore India team, will be preferred.
- Proven stakeholder experience and strong influencing skills to manage wider business/IT stakeholders.
