Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Lead / Architect to design, implement, and optimize Service Now solutions across ITSM, SPM, and CMDB modules.

This role involves leading technical planning, mentoring team members, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases, including estimation, development, testing, and project delivery.
  • Serve as a technical lead and mentor, providing guidance and support for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Architect and deliver Service Now solutions, ensuring best practices and integration with other modules.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and configuration guides.
  • Conduct system assessments and performance tuning to optimize the Service Now environment.
  • Implement UI updates such as creating new widgets and customizing portal components.
  • Design and manage integration solutions between Service Now and HR applications (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro, Rippling).
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
  • Provide architectural guidance for AI-enhanced workflows and maintain ethical standards in AI usage.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a technical lead in Service Now development and delivery within client environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM; experience with Now Assist is a plus.
  • Experience with Service Now integrations using technologies like SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, SOAP, REST, ODBC.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Solid understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
  • Experience in designing integration solutions with HR systems (Workday, UKG Pro, etc.).
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI-enhanced platforms and automation strategies.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for Service Now environments.
