DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Scrum Master based in the greater Chicago area who’s passionate about guiding agile teams to perform at their best. As a Scrum Master, you’ll be the catalyst for collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with one or more development teams to enable them to deliver high‑quality products efficiently and effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitoring of various projects.
- Implementation and improvement of all SCRUM activities and support in adherence to the values, principles and best practices of agile development to foster a productive, positive work environment.
- Acting as a mediator and conflict resolver between different stakeholders.
- Ensuring the flow of information between product owner and project team.
- Coaching and mentoring teams to strengthen agile values, principles, and best practices.
- Continuous process optimization to enhance team performance and delivery.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
- Professional experience as Scrum Master.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- SCRUM.org certification (required).
- SAFe certification is desirable.
- Previous experience in the automotive truck area is beneficial.
