Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for an IT Administrator. The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing network systems, troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring network security, and providing customer service support. This is an on-site role located in the Greater Chicago Area.
Qualifications- Bilingual fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English
- Linux Administration & Experience on Windows System and User support
- Network Administration and Network Security skills
- Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in handling IT infrastructure and ensuring network safety
