The Vice President of Product Development at Impact Advisors will be responsible for leading and executing the firm's analytics product strategy, overseeing the full product lifecycle, and driving innovation in healthcare technology solutions. This role requires deep expertise in product development, market analysis, and commercialization. The Vice President will work closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure that products align with business objectives, industry standards, and client needs.
This position will play a key role in shaping Impact Advisors’ product portfolio, bringing new solutions to market, and ensuring the successful adoption of innovative offerings. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of healthcare IT and analytics, and a proven track record of developing and scaling technology-enabled solutions in a consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Product Vision
- Define and execute the firm’s product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market needs.
- Drive the innovation agenda, identifying opportunities for new product development and enhancements to existing solutions.
- Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features and functionality.
- Establish KPIs to measure product success while gathering data-driven insights.
- Oversee end-to-end product development, from development to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and market fit.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, and data analysts, to bring innovative solutions to market.
- Implement best practices for development, ensuring efficient workflows and collaboration across teams.
- Drive research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Serve as the key product champion, communicating the value proposition of Impact Advisors’ solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Client Relationship Executives to develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their evolving needs and translate feedback into actionable product enhancements.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare organizations, industry leaders, and technology partners to foster collaboration and business growth.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team.
- Promote collaboration across the firm, ensuring seamless integration between product, delivery, and technology teams.
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new tools and processes, both internally and with clients.
- Represent Impact Advisors at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
- 10+ years of experience in product development, healthcare technology, or digital health solutions, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing healthcare technology products to market, ideally within a consulting, SaaS, or enterprise software environment.
- Deep understanding of healthcare IT, analytics, data interoperability, and emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.
- Strong experience in agile product management, roadmap planning, and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business, healthcare, or technology preferred.
