Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with proven experience in the insurance industry and advanced proficiency in AI‑driven tools for requirements gathering, user story creation, and solution design. This role will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and recommending optimal solutions that extend beyond traditional automation (e.g., RPA).

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
• Leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate user story development, requirement definition, and analysis.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and solution recommendations.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (product, IT, operations, compliance) to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Evaluate and recommend best‑fit technical solutions across automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support project governance, risk assessment, and delivery tracking.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.

• Insurance industry experience (mandatory).
• Strong background in business analysis

• Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, workflow tools) and broader digital transformation solutions.

• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or Agile BA preferred.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Ability to analyze complex processes and recommend scalable, efficient solutions.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences.
