We are seeking a Director/ED – Analytics to join our team. You bring a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, along with detailed expertise in datasets such as LAAD, DDD, XPO, and more. You thrive on working with complex data sets to help clients solve real‑world challenges, drive business performance, manage risks, and develop practical strategies through data‑driven insights.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple work streams while fostering strong relationships with client leadership and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Design and implement advanced analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx) to support data‑driven decision‑making in the healthcare and pharma sectors.
• Leverage emerging technologies and pharma data expertise to solve complex business problems, model data structures, and continuously optimise analytical solutions.
• Guide and mentor team leads, promoting best practices in analytics, quality delivery, automation, and client communication.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and internal offerings to support organisational growth beyond client projects.

• 10+ years of relevant experience with healthcare/ pharma consulting and clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with strong academic performance.
• Ability to work on and manage multiple concurrent projects for multiple stakeholders with a quality‑focused approach.
• Able to understand business, identify, and recommend improvement areas.
• Strong verbal, written, and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate results and issues to senior leadership internally and within client teams.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment with minimal direction.
• Individuals with subject matter expertise on multiple areas within sales ops/ commercial ops/ marketing ops will be preferred (e.g., Salesforce sizing, marketing mix, IC and call plan design, go‑to‑market strategy, segmentation, etc.).
