About

the Role

We are seeking a Technical Accounts Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role you will partner with Growth Managers, IT & PARCS service vendors, Operators, and Integrations to onboard 3rd‑party integrations onto the Spot Hero platform and manage fulfillment activities for Operators. You will drive resolution of new fulfillment requests and integration issues, improve onboarding processes, enhance customer experience, and increase operator satisfaction.

What

You Will Do
  • Work with Operators, PARCS vendors, IT services vendors, Revenue Operations, Growth Managers, and Customer Heroes to monitor and investigate technical issues while communicating updates and workarounds.
  • Problem‑solve to discover root causes of internal and external issues, including misconfigurations and equipment scanner errors, and enhance overall service quality.
  • Triage issues for Engineering to ensure critical problems are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain the Salesforce queue at acceptable levels, updating status accurately and communicating solutions to Operators and Growth Managers.
  • Support new supply locations on the Spot Hero platform, focusing on Monthly APIs.
  • Consult with Integrations and PARCS vendors to onboard new integrations, products, and solutions.
  • Increase efficiency in diagnosing, documenting, and resolving complex issues.
  • Attend biweekly Product/Supply/Support Sync meetings, representing the voice of Operators and the Supply team.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to share improvements in the support and onboarding intake process.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support Specialists and the Integrations Squad to streamline issue resolution.
  • Secure and safeguard data to preserve integrity, reliability, and availability, ensuring appropriate access levels.
  • Assist the SMS‑Admin team with requests requiring higher‑level technical support.
Relevant Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience in technical support.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role working with network‑related products.
  • Strong ability to maintain high productivity while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Proven understanding of web technologies (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
  • Good understanding of API technologies and troubleshooting;
    Postman preferred.
  • Beginner SQL knowledge;
    Data Grip preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
