SAP ABAP Development / Security

Fulltime with Direct Client

Hybrid (3 Days onsite at Chicago Office)

• Lead full lifecycle development of custom SAP solutions within the S/4
  
  HANA Private Cloud environment.
• Design and implement applications using ABAP, ABAP RAP, and OO ABAP, including Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
• Develop and maintain Fiori / SAPUI5 applications for modern user interfaces.

• Design and govern role-based access control (RBAC) strategies for all SAP systems.
• Ensure compliance with GRC, SOX, and GDPR regulations through proactive controls and continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with SAP Security and Basis teams to manage authorization objects, composite/single roles, and user provisioning.
• Integrate security requirements into the development lifecycle and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks.
• Support internal and external audit processes, including documentation and remediation planning.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of SAP technical development experience, focused on S/4
  
  HANA or ECC.
• Proven experience with CDS views, OData services, performance tuning, and WRICEF development.
• Hands‑on involvement in multiple SAP full lifecycle implementations, system upgrades, and production support.
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP Net Weaver, S/4
  
  HANA private cloud architecture, and supporting middleware technologies.
