Sr. Director, Network Services

Location: Hybrid (Chicago) – Candidates only.

Compensation: Target pay $225,000 – $275,000 annually plus bonus, may vary with experience.

Engagement Type: Direct Hire

As a senior‑level IT professional, you will manage and oversee our network and network teams. You will be responsible for all network architecture, implementations, and operational support, as well as managing people, budget, and projects. You will own overall responsibility for these areas.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in network infrastructure, with at least 3‑5 years in a senior leadership or director‑level role
• 8+ years of technical hands‑on network engineering support
• 3+ years of network architecture solutions design
• Proven track record of managing and scaling network infrastructure, including SD‑WAN, routing, switching, and security
• Mid‑to‑large company experience only
• Cisco, Juniper experience

• Retail experience
• Current or past network certifications (Cisco or Juniper, Palo Alto, or Fortinet)
