Data Center Technician – Multiple US & Canada Locations

We are currently hiring Data Center Technicians in the following locations:
Memphis, TN;
Afton, TX;
Carrollton, TX;
Prince George, BC, CAN;

• Maintain the data center’s IT system, troubleshoot issues, perform server installations, and ensure uninterrupted network services.
• Install and configure data center infrastructure including servers, racks, switches, and other hardware.
• Regularly monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues; perform regular maintenance and updates to systems, software, and hardware.
• Ensure the data center’s HVAC, power supply, and data backups are operating efficiently and reliably.
• Assist with disaster recovery operations and document procedures, systems, and network configuration.
• Comply with security standards and communicate regularly with IT staff and management.

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or Associate Degree preferred.
• Generally 4–6 years of experience in data center operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and data center operations.
• Familiarity with server installations and network updates.
• Ability to manage parts inventory, perform firmware upgrades, and coordinate with Dell Support.
• Eligibility for U.S. export control authorizations if accessing controlled commodities.
