The Senior Developer will play a hands‑on role in supporting and enhancing enterprise finance systems across both Oracle ERP (Fusion) and EBS and future ERP platforms. This position serves as a techno-functional lead
, directly responsible for designing, building, and supporting solutions that align with critical finance transformation initiatives—such as Chart of Accounts (COA) redesign
, Fixed Assets implementation
, and Procure-to-Pay modernization
.

The developer will be deeply involved in interface development, data validation, custom extensions (FRICE), and functional configurations across Financials and Procurement modules. This includes working with Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (FRICE),
Personalizations
, Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs), interface tables, and data migration tools
.

This role requires strong knowledge of both the functional finance processes and the technical architecture of Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion), particularly in Oracle Financials and Procure to Pay Modules
.

The ideal candidate brings a unique ability to own both the business logic and the technical implementation, ensuring that system solutions are both technically sound and functionally aligned to finance objectives.

• Leads on the designs, development, coding, testing and debugging of software applications/systems to meet the specifications. Monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, and implements optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of applications.
• Partners and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions. Manages the design, architecture and build phases aimed at producing high quality deliverables. Owns the software documentation and user manuals.
• Evaluates and integrates new technologies into existing development practices; maintains, updates, and improves existing software.
• Manages and participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements. Collaborates & leads tech teams consisting of employees and vendor company contractors in planning and execution, serving as a technology leader.
• Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revises programs as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field.
• Mandatory, 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP (EBS and/or Fusion), including technical and functional responsibilities.
• Mandatory 4+ years involvement in end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, especially in finance and procurement domains.
• Proven experience with Chart of Accounts redesign
  , Fixed Assets implementation
  , and Procure-to-Pay modules on Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud
  .
• Strong background in building and supporting customizations (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions – FRICE),
  DFFs
  , interface tables, and BI Publisher reports
  .
• Demonstrated ability to support data migration and mapping efforts using Oracle Data Hub
  .
• Experience working in environments with coexisting legacy and cloud ERP platforms.
• Experience with PL/SQL
  , SOA Suite
  , OIC
  , and REST/SOAP APIs
  .
• Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks and sprint‑based project execution.
• Problem‑Solving:
  Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to system integration and performance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

• Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud functional setups and configurations.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops pipelines for ERP environments or related automation tools.
• Understanding of finance data structures and experience working closely with finance users on solution design.
