Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword— it’s a way of life. Salesforce is looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Salesforce continues to grow through strategic acquisitions that expand our products, customer reach, and capabilities. The Marketing M&A Integration Operations Senior Manager plays a key role in making those acquisitions successful—supporting both the planning that happens during due diligence and the execution of marketing integrations after close.
This role bridges strategy and execution. You will coordinate marketing integration activities across functions, manage program timelines and budgets, and ensure that new acquisitions are set up for long‑term growth through rigorous diligence. It’s highly visible, combining operational management, program leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration.
What You’ll DoYou will play a key role in how Salesforce’s Marketing organization plans for and integrates new acquisitions—from diligence through post‑close execution. Working closely with Marketing, Corporate Development, and cross‑functional partners, you will help assess new companies before acquisition, plan how they will integrate into Salesforce, and operationalize the work that makes those plans real.
This role blends operational management, program leadership, and strategic execution. It’s hybrid and will work out of the Salesforce office in Indianapolis, Chicago, or Bellevue three days a week.
