Coventry Structured Investments (CSI) is seeking a creative, business-minded In-House Counsel with a clear path to General Counsel. CSI builds alternative funding solutions for businesses with complex or unconventional capital needs. We embed ourselves in partner businesses, design innovative structures, and create improbable growth with managed risk.

• Structure, draft, and negotiate innovative alternative financing transactions.
• Lead documentation and compliance for new funds and investor vehicles.
• Build and oversee corporate governance, legal operations, and internal controls.
• Manage regulatory compliance related to lending, investment structures, and funds.
• Draft and negotiate commercial and consulting agreements.
• Partner closely with founders and executives on strategic, operational, and risk-related decisions.
• Create scalable systems and processes for a growing firm.

• 5 - 7+ years in structured finance, corporate, or fund law.
• Creative problem-solver with strong commercial instincts.
• Comfortable in high-growth, start-up environments.
• Interest in building systems from the ground up.
