We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead a specialized division within our Marketing Effectiveness organization, focused on building and scaling a Marketing Effectiveness Incubator. This role is at the forefront of industry transformation-responsible for defining a strategic innovation roadmap that addresses today's most pressing marketing challenges while creating next-generation solutions that unlock whitespace opportunities and shape the future of marketing analytics.

As an architect of the future, you will lead initiatives that combine AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for customers around the world. Your mandate is to develop solutions that accelerate innovation, and ensure these solutions feed into a long-term product roadmap that positions us as the undisputed leader in marketing effectiveness.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Marketing Effectiveness, this role carries full P&L responsibility and global influence.

Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute the global Incubator strategy, integrating commercial and analytics priorities to accelerate growth in emerging sectors.
Innovation Governance
  • Establish governance frameworks for incubator initiatives, ensuring clear KPIs, accountability, and continuous improvement. Facilitate ‘graduation’ of incubating product ideas to our Product & Tech organization.
Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Partner with Product & Tech, Modeling COE, Customer Success, and Commercial Teams to ensure seamless delivery of incubator solutions.
External Influence
  • Represent NIQ at industry forums, conferences, and academic collaborations to position the company as a thought leader in innovation.
Revenue & Growth
  • Drive incubator-related revenue targets and ensure commercial viability of new solutions through robust business cases.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify high‑potential opportunities in differentiated industries and identify differentiation, synergy, and IP potential across the roadmap.
  • Align roadmap with client needs, market trends, and organizational priorities.
  • Oversee collaboration between commercial teams and analytics experts to design and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Ensure modeling approaches and data strategies support incubator objectives.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders to co‑create solutions and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrate incubator value through measurable outcomes and case studies.
  • Build and lead a global team of senior consultants and analytics specialists.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Publish insights, lead webinars, and speak at global events to showcase NIQ’s innovation capabilities.
Required Skillsets
  • Proven track record in innovation leadership across analytics and commercial domains.
  • Deep expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling, advanced analytics, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Strong ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience in scaling new solutions globally and driving adoption in diverse industries.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field, preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, commercial strategy, or innovation leadership.
  • Global experience with exposure to multiple industries and knowledge of media industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams and delivering revenue growth through innovation.
  • Ability to travel ~25%.
