You will identify opportunities or antipatterns in existing processes/practices and coach the teams on new or improved behaviors. Additionally, this role provides support to the Data Science and Engineering teams by analyzing and generating insights on performance metrics and building relationships with other ART team members and business customers to help clear blockers and dependencies.

This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

* Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
* Work with partner Scrum teams and corporate resources to ensure dependencies are met to maximize team efficiencies.
