• Extensive Knowledge of Pharma Quality Management Process
  - Deviation, Change Control, Complaints, CAPA, etc.
• Prepare training material for the processes configured and conduct functional and Technical training
• Hands on experience in preparing and reviewing various Validation documents, such as FS, CS, etc.
• Willing to travel to client sites to liaise with the staff at all levels of the client organization
• Prepare and present updates to stakeholders and project team at project status meetings
• Good knowledge of software development life cycle with experience in all project phases
• Relevant experience of 9-12 years
• Excellent Leadership skills to help team achieve high performance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to Business team
• Analytical and strong organizational skills
