Position: SENIOR ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall account strategy on behalf of our clients, documenting the solution, and ensuring the final deliverable meets client goals and end user needs. Sr. Engagement Managers are responsible for ensuring a trusted and long‑term partnership with our clients. You are responsible for project managing all client deliverables, account growth, setting the overall strategic direction and vision, and developing solutions that inspire the team and client.

You should have a strong digital background, and a consultative approach for problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Primary client contact, providing short- and long-term strategic counsel, as well as overall fiscal responsibility for the account
  • Effectively manage full project life cycles, creates and maintain detailed project plans and reports, according to Sagepath’s SDLC process, that communicate tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocations
  • Facilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviews in order to elicit and document business, non‑functional, functional and technical requirements as well as project KPIs
  • Lead SCRUM ceremonies including backlog refinement, standup, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure delivery teams across UX, design, analytics, marketing, QA, and development remain aligned and working toward SOW commitments.
  • Maintain client documentation and knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint, account artifacts, project history).
Minimum Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Project/Engagement Management, Business Analysis, or Product Management.
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering DXP projects or working extensively within a content management system (CMS) environment. (Kentico, Optimizely, Sitecore, AEM or similar)
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with hands‑on experience using JIRA and/or Azure Dev Ops.
  • Experience launching IT platforms or software for enterprise-level clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background supporting cross‑functional digital delivery teams (UX, design, development, QA, analytics, marketing).
  • Experience defining or evolving digital product strategy within enterprise environments.

The base compensation range for this full‑time position is between $110,000 - $130,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and as applicable, other required qualifications.
