We are seeking an experienced TOSCA Architect to lead the test automation strategy for a major Insurance client. In this role, you will collaborate with the implementation team to design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and implement robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca
- Define automation strategies, standards, and best practices; guide and mentor the QA team
- Integrate Tosca with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, etc.) and Test Management tools (Jira, qTest)
- Manage distributed execution and implement Test Data Management (TDM) strategies
- Act as the technical liaison between the client and the implementation partner to ensure delivery goals are met
- 8+ years in Test Automation, with at least 4-5 years of dedicated experience as a Tosca Lead / Architect
- Strong background in the Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing systems) is huge plus
- Deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca (UI, API, Mobile, DB testing)
- Tricentis Tosca certifications (Architect/AE1/AE2) are highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and offshore teams
