About The OpportunitySalsify is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive exceptional results in a B2B SaaS environment. In this role you will support the Network Team, translate complex business requirements into high‑value solutions, and empower retailers and distributors to thrive in the evolving eCommerce landscape. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver compelling demonstrations that resonate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

- Partner with the Network Sales team to create business value—participate in discovery, develop creative solutions, lead product demos, and drive deal strategy.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical capabilities, designing tailored solutions for each customer.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of Salsify’s product offerings and the retailer/distributor ecosystem.
- Build relationships and trust with prospects and customers by delivering industry thought leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on the Solutions Consulting team and cross‑functional partners:
- Product – advocate for customer needs and influence the roadmap.
- Customer Success – ensure successful adoption and growth.
- Professional Services – scope and prioritize services.
- Marketing – represent product messaging and provide market feedback.
- Differentiating Salsify in a competitive market through consultative leadership and creative problem‑solving.
- Use storytelling to communicate the value of the platform to all stakeholder levels.
- 3+ years in a customer‑facing technical role (Solutions Consultant, Engineer, or Sales Engineer) in B2B SaaS.
- A “art of the possible” approach to problem‑solving that prioritizes customer success.
- An entrepreneurial spirit driven by execution and achievement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing executive audiences.
- A positive, team‑player mentality.
- Deep technical aptitude and understanding of complex data flows and enterprise architecture.
- Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, and data structures.
- Willingness to travel 20‑25 %.
- Primary resource for RFI/RFP responses for North America and Europe.
This role requires deep understanding of Salsify’s Product Experience Management (PXM) and Supplier Experience Management (Supplier
XM) solutions—how they work together to optimize product content across digital channels.

US National Pay Range: $108,800–$128,000 USD
Base salary plus potential commission or bonus; all employees receive equity and access to the Total Rewards plan (health & medical, flexible PTO, etc.).
