Tech Lead – Coates Group

Dynamic tech lead role driving scalable, high‑quality software aligned with business goals. Lead a team of engineers, provide technical oversight, and ensure delivery excellence.

• Lead software project delivery in an Agile environment.
• Gather, scope, estimate, and plan projects.
• Drive execution to budget and plan, mitigating risks and resolving issues.
• Architect solutions that meet business and client needs.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure testing strategies.
• Continuously improve processes and tools.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high‑quality talent.

• 5+ years’ experience in full‑stack development.
• 3+ years’ experience in web solution design.
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and people leadership skills.
• Proven ability to run ceremonies, lead planning, and manage delivery commitments.
• 2+ years of people leadership or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience.

$135,000 - $150,000 a year.
