We are looking for a multi‑talented and passionate Trading Systems Engineer to join our execution development team. You will join a team of motivated and experienced professionals committed to continual improvement and rigorous standards of operational excellence. You will be given a high degree of responsibility over a range of complex real‑time system interactions and partner with technology and development teams to improve our execution systems.

• Ensure continuity of critical trading operations, prioritizing resolution of system issues with a sense of urgency.
• Partner with technology and trading teams to continually evolve and deploy system architecture.
• Develop automation tools for system orchestration and upkeep.
• Support core market connectivity and correspond with exchanges regarding trade order activity, connectivity, and other related technical issues.
• Monitor trading system performance, proactively identify issues, and implement lasting solutions.

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Integration, or a related role required.
• 3+ years of hands‑on professional experience with Linux operating systems, network configuration, and server management required.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals, including network routing protocols, TCP/UDP, multicast, network offload, and kernel bypass technology required.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash required.
• Experience with MySQL, Mongo
  
  DB, and No
  
  SQL technology preferred.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technology preferred.
• Experience with installing and configuring FPGA systems in a Linux environment preferred.
• Self‑driven and curious, with the ability to solve problems uniquely specific to our trading setup and learn on the job.
