We are looking for a Senior Associate, Forensic Technology to join our Advisory Services practice. In this role you will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end eDiscovery services, advising clients on best practices, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities- Advise and support clients in end‑to‑end eDiscovery work streams, including active learning and TAR workflows; recommend best practices for processing, culling, and migration of ESI into eDiscovery platforms such as Nuix, Reveal, Relativity, and Relativity One.
- Provide presentations, demonstrations and training of KPMG’s products and services to prospective clients; help determine and implement appropriate workflows, respond to RFPs, and generate budget estimates.
- Develop proficiency in KPMG’s tools for collection, data processing, hosting, and production throughout eDiscovery projects.
- Maintain regular contact and manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction and report project progress internally and externally.
- Consult with clients on review and production workflows using Relativity and other eDiscovery tools.
- Coordinate interdepartmental resources to ensure project completion on schedule and identify process improvements.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum three years of recent experience working on evidence discovery management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience; preferred certifications include Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Review Specialist (RRS), Nuix Certifications, and Reveal Brain Space.
- Basic and/or advanced knowledge in Nuix, Relativity/Relativity One, Reveal, Brainspace, SQL, Python, storage management/infrastructure management, and other eDiscovery platforms/tools.
- Familiarity with the litigation discovery process and experience with various eDiscovery processes and technologies; large‑scale document review and production.
- Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with various levels of management; experience using litigation support applications and/or forensic collection tools; exceptional client service and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
