• Lead teams in building large scale AI applications leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI and Classical AI models
• Deeply understand client’s business and technical challenges and provide thought leadership in Scaling and operationalizing AI
• Build and manage client stakeholder relationships, both business‑oriented clients and technology clients
• Work with global team in new client BD activities
• Contribute to Thought leadership by creating POV on industry trends in AI and technology
• Lead hiring initiatives in growing Scaled AI team and mentor technical talent within the team
• Drive ZS Scaling AI initiatives in tandem with global partners
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships related to AI tools and platforms
• Work with ZS R&D teams to take cutting edge technology implementations and ideas and bring it to the market through focused go‑to‑market activities

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with specialization in Computer Science, IT or another computer related discipline
• Minimum 12+years of relevant consulting‑industry or industry experience
