Key Responsibilities

• Cluster Management:
  • Design, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS.
  • Implement networking, security policies, and IAM roles for cluster operations.
• Infrastructure Automation:
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation.
  • Automate deployments and scaling of workloads.
• CI/CD Integration:
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, or AWS Code Pipeline.
• Monitoring & Logging:
  • Implement observability solutions using Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Performance & Cost Optimization:
  • Troubleshoot cluster performance issues and optimize resource utilization.
• Security & Compliance:
  • Apply best practices for securing Kubernetes workloads and AWS resources.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Dev Ops, development, and security teams to ensure smooth operations.

• AWS Services:
  • Strong hands‑on experience with EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Cloud Watch, Load Balancers, Secrets Manager, KMS, Lambda, and Autoscaling.
• Containerization & Orchestration:
  • Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Infrastructure as Code:
  • Proficiency in Terraform and Cloud Formation.
• Programming & Scripting:
  • Solid knowledge of Python and Bash for automation.
• Monitoring Tools:
  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and ELK stack.
• Version Control:
  • Familiarity with Git/Git Hub.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional.
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
