Research Analyst, Precision Analytics Program Administrator

The Research Analyst supports the Precision Analytics Team by coordinating projects, schedules, and reporting. This role helps keep the team organized and ensures that quality data and analytics initiatives are delivered in format and timeframe as committed. By serving as a central point of communication and coordination, the Analyst helps systems staff and research fellows stay connected across projects and ensures that the team’s work is accessible and aligned with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates schedules, meetings, and project timelines for the Precision Analytics Team.
  • Tracks and maintains records of analytics projects, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Supports communication with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
  • Generates and shares reports to inform decision-making and program evaluation.
  • Collaborates closely with analysts, the systems coordinator, research fellows, and the Associate Director of Precision Analytics.
  • Ensures smooth integration of analytics with program, training, and operations teams.
  • Contributes to organizational projects beyond core duties, such as event logistics, communications, or process documentation.
  • Maintains technical and administrative support for a research project.
  • Analyzes and maintains data and/or specimens. Conducts literature reviews. Assists with preparation of reports, manuscripts and other documents.
  • Installs, sets up and performs experiments; interacting with students and other laboratory staff under the direction of the principal investigator.
  • Maintains recruiting and scheduling research subjects; assists with developing or amending study protocols; assists with developing data collection tools; assists with building databases; and provides general administrative support. Has general awareness in research techniques or methods, regulatory policies and procedures, and relevant scientific field.
  • Performs other related work as needed.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in a related field.

Work Experience

Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through less than 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Conducting applied research or evaluation.
Technical Skills or Knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and project management platforms.
  • Learning management systems, analytics tools, or research platforms is a plus.

  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and record-keeping.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
