About the Team
Empowering Capital One model developers to rapidly innovate, the Enterprise AI/ML organization provides the comprehensive platform, tools, and infrastructure necessary to deliver impactful machine learning models and cutting-edge customer experiences. This role is on the Frontier Machine Learning team within the AI/ML organization, which is responsible for discovering and unlocking the use of the latest AI/ML technology, allowing Capital One to create next-generation customer experiences.
In this role you will own the 0-1 strategy and creation of an enterprise customer data product used to incorporate more holistic customer context into high leverage decisioning. You'll collaborate with a cross‑functional team to scope, prioritize, and build while also working with internal customers to drive adoption. The ideal candidate is passionate about machine learning and data, and deeply empathizes with data scientists and engineers.
They are comfortable in conversation with engineering teams as well as stakeholders ranging from data scientists to senior leaders.

- At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- At least 5 years of experience in Agile product management
- At least 5 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- At least 5 years of experience with Machine Learning technologies
- At least 5 years of experience building products for data scientists, machine learning engineers or model risk officers
- At least 1 year of Fintech experience
