This role sits within the Global team of the Client Onboarding and Service (COS) Product and Transformation division, following the integration of the Commercial Bank and Corporate Investment Bank. You will help shape business technology in a client-facing, global organization and collaborate with technically proficient partners to drive change and value.
Job SummaryYou will support internal clients through change initiatives, realignments, process changes, and new system development. You will develop and maintain supporting materials, support customer onboarding and adoption, and work with the Transformation team and cross-functional groups to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities- Log effective updates via tracking mechanisms to monitor transformation initiatives.
- Update project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify risks and roadblocks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to measure benefits and outcomes of project initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate transformation improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, providing actionable insights.
- Leverage data to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives based on potential impact.
- Build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation efforts.
- Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to gather feedback and drive collaboration; act as liaison between departments to ensure communication and coordination.
- 3+ years experience in project ownership and transformation
- Experience in project management, or end-to-end ownership of product or process in product transformation or technology-driven environments
- Exceptional presentation skills; able to create and deliver compelling presentations to senior stakeholders
- Strong execution focus with a track record of meeting deadlines and driving tasks to completion
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and data analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team
- Analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement and innovation
- Multitasking abilities and strong prioritization skills
- Experience working in a global organization or with international teams
