Data Center Technician Chicago

We’re currently looking for a Data Center Technician to join our growing team in the Chicago, IL.

If you have experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and data center projects, we want to hear from you!

• Experience in maintenance and monitoring of server systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing computer, server, and network hardware
• Advanced cabling knowledge preferred but not a must (vertical, horizontal, structural, splicing, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate and partner with people and teams to overcome challenges
• Driving license Class B
• Work Experience at least 3 years in Technical Support

• Partner and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of data center infrastructure.
• Test and troubleshoot new server and network hardware components and designs.
• Install and maintain switches, routers, and other large scale networking gear.
