Responsibilities
- Align with Enterprise architect to construct and review the design
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand the requirements and design the architecture
- Lead and Architect the Track Wise Digital requirements for Intake Portal
- Individual Contributor working as a Solution Architect with the team
- Lead requirement architecture workshops with the business team to design solutions and construct the specification and design workflows
- Knowledge and experience in end‑to‑end Track Wise Digital configuration and SDFC
- Lead business requirements analysis, perform impact analysis and risk assessment of technical requirements
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the system is configured as per client requirement
- Present multiple design strategies in TWD and align with stakeholders with the best and acceptable design
- Identify any technical roadblocks and provide strategies to identify workarounds
- Conduct product and process demos for the business team
- Functional and technical knowledge of integrating external systems with Track Wise Digital
- Extensive knowledge of Pharma Quality Management Process – deviation,
change control, complaints, CAPA, etc. - Prepare training material for configured processes and conduct functional and technical training
- Hands‑on experience preparing and reviewing various validation documents (e.g., FS, CS, etc.)
- Willing to travel to client sites to liaise with staff at all levels of the client organization
- Prepare and present updates to stakeholders and project team at project status meetings
- Good knowledge of the software development life cycle with experience in all project phases
- Relevant experience of 9–12 years
- Excellent leadership skills to help the team achieve high performance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to the business team
- Analytical and strong organizational skills
