Job Description Bizoforce is hiring a UX Designer for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity based in Chicago, IL. The UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered mobile and web applications for internal associates. This role involves discovery, wire framing, high-fidelity design, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with brand standards.
Experience  1–2+ Years of UX design experience    

Key Responsibilities    Participate actively in the design of software components for web and mobile applications    Translate business and functional requirements into intuitive visual and interactive designs    Conduct discovery sessions and define user roles and use cases    Create user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity design compositions    Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders and leadership    Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, visual designers, and content teams    Ensure UX assets align with brand guidelines and design systems    Partner with development teams to deliver intuitive user interfaces    Apply accessibility standards for web and mobile experiences    Support UX research, usability testing, and behavior analysis    Adhere to typography, layout, and graphic design standards    Required

Skills & Qualifications    Bachelor’s degree in a related field    1–2+ years of UX design experience for digital products or services    Strong portfolio showcasing UX work for web and mobile platforms    Hands-on experience with:
Figma     Sketch     Adobe Creative Suite     Design Systems    Working knowledge of:
HTML     CSS / SCSS     iOS and Android design principles    Strong communication and presentation skills    Ability to work independently and collaboratively    Excellent time management and multitasking skills    Assignment Details    Role: UX Designer
