Responsibilities
  • Lead technical resolution for complex customer production issues, performing deep root‑cause analysis across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, networks, APIs, and application layers.
  • Engage directly with highly technical customers, building credibility through technical depth.
  • Identify repetitive or error‑prone support tasks and design automation solutions, building scripts, tools, and workflows (Python, Power Shell, Bash, APIs, CI/CD jobs) to streamline diagnostics and remediation.
  • Manage incident resolution from inception to closure, driving continuous improvement to monitoring services and internal processes.
  • Proactively search for and document potential production issues, collaborating with team resources to ensure service quality.
  • Coordinate major incidents, deliver root‑cause analysis reports, and maintain accurate support documentation and knowledge bases.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of recent experience supporting critical infrastructure systems and/or managing a network.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record implementing automation and self‑service solutions (e.g., Service Now, Power Shell, Python, AIOps) to improve MTTR and FCR.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS) and strong ability to diagnose distributed system issues across cloud platforms, OS, networking, identity, APIs, and application services.
  • Strong proficiency with ITIL v4 practices (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge) and familiarity with CMDB, service catalog, and major incident workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and to prioritize, delegate, and develop high‑performance teams.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
