Senior Manager of AI Monetization Product Management About Our Team

Lenovo's Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Monetization Product Management to lead the strategy, planning, and design in of the monetization function in our software. This role is pivotal in identifying, structuring, and scaling monetization opportunities that complement Lenovo's hardware and software ecosystem, working cross-functionally with product, engineer, business development, and Mobile Business Group (MBG)/PC monetization teams.

• Define and drive monetization strategy for AI experiences and services embedded across Lenovo's PC, tablet, and phone portfolio.
• Identify new business models, revenue streams aligned with Lenovo's ecosystem vision.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure monetization is integrated into product design from the outset.
• Co-work with MBG/PC/Tablet monetization team to align the E2E monetization strategy and sync the plan.

• 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or product commercialization, ideally in the tech or consumer electronics space.
• Experience developing and scaling monetization strategies for digital platforms or device ecosystems.

• Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating high-value deals.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, subscription models, and platform ecosystems is a strong advantage.
