- Function as Salesforce developer responsible for the support of existing salesforce applications.
- Daily administration and support ofSalesforce CRMsystem including managing user setup, roles and security, customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM.
- Provide advanced user support and administration for salesforce.
- Troubleshoot complex issue and provide solutions.
- Perform data quality audits and de-duplication.
- Support integration with other systems.
- Assist in system upgrades, new features implementations and release management.
- Create documentation and support materials.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
