Salesforce Developer & Admin

• Function as Salesforce developer responsible for the support of existing salesforce applications.
• Daily administration and support ofSalesforce CRMsystem including managing user setup, roles and security, customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
• Develop and create customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM.
• Provide advanced user support and administration for salesforce.
• Troubleshoot complex issue and provide solutions.
• Perform data quality audits and de-duplication.
• Support integration with other systems.
• Assist in system upgrades, new features implementations and release management.
• Create documentation and support materials.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
