emagine is seeking an IT Support Specialist for one of our international clients. The consultant is expected to work onsite in Chicago (IL), USA. Your role will be part of a department that provides fast, professional assistance and keeps critical systems and services running reliably when it matters most.

• Deliver and configure laptops, phones, and accessories for new hires
• Set up accounts and ensure correct access rights
• Provide phone support via our hotline
• Log and manage tickets in Jira with clear prioritization and progress updates
• Perform proactive health checks on devices and meeting room equipment
• Offer VIP support for senior leadership with professionalism
• Work within SLA frameworks and manage vendor relationships
• Manage software licenses and monitor renewals

• 4+ years of experience working in IT, confident handling executive/VIP users
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune
• Experience working in Jira or similar IT Service Desk tools
• Professional, clear communicator, steady under pressure
• Organized, detail‑focused, and able to prioritize and be flexible in busy periods
• Very service‑minded, positive, and approachable.

This role is based onsite in Chicago and includes occasional travel to New York and other nearby locations.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3-6 months + option for extension

Location: Chicago (IL), USA (onsite 5 days / week required)
