Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative, enterprise-grade architectures that align with business goals for complex initiatives ($3M-$30M), balancing short-term wins with long-term sustainability with sometimes limited inputs

• Maintain a big-picture perspective while managing technical details, ensuring solutions align with long-term enterprise architecture and business strategy

• Drive end-to-end solutioning across complex client and internal initiatives, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and strategic alignment

• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into actionable technical strategies and confidently recommending and communicating architectural decisions with clarity

• Apply deep knowledge across backend, frontend, Dev Ops, infrastructure, and cloud platforms with a focus on Microsoft services, including hybrid and distributed systems

• Utilize design patterns, integration strategies, and microservices principles to build resilient, maintainable systems

• Champion Emerging Technologies by staying ahead of technological trends and incorporate modern stacks and innovations into solution designs

• Demonstrate an understanding of complex business challenges and constraints in developing solutions that deliver measurable value while managing trade-offs

• Support project and change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions from design to implementation

• Work closely with product owners, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution

• Provide strategic guidance to clients, challenge assumptions constructively, and influence decision-making with data-driven insights

• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to peers and junior architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and architectural excellence

• Collaborate with Client Services and business development teams to shape solution strategies, contribute to proposal development, and present technical vision to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with accurate scopes, timelines, and resource requirements

• Incorporate enterprise architecture governance, security standards, and regulatory compliance into solution designs

• Create and promote reusable components, templates, and reference architectures to accelerate delivery and maintain consistency

• Define KPIs and success metrics for architectural solutions and support post-implementation reviews to ensure business value realization

Qualifications

• 20+ years of enterprise technology experience, including 10+ years in solution estimation and proposal development, preferably with a proven background in a professional consulting or digital agency environment

• Proven success leading complex initiatives valued at $3M - $30M across diverse industries and client landscapes

• Deep technical proficiency across backend, frontend, Dev Ops, infrastructure, and cloud platforms with particular emphasis on Microsoft services including the Azure suite of network and data services, Dataverse, MS SQL, MS Dynamics, Power Apps, and MS365 Accessibility.

• Hands‑on experience in modern technology stacks, integration strategies, and distributed systems
