Join to apply for the Digital Consulting Director, Oracle Technical Architect role on is a global consultancy that collaborates with clients to drive strategic growth, ignite innovation, and navigate constant change. Through a combination of strategy, expertise, and creativity, we help clients accelerate operational, digital, and cultural transformation, enabling the change they need to own their future.
As a Director, you will lead architecture and implementation for Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, partner with clients to design enterprise‑scale cloud software, and provide delivery oversight. You will collaborate with senior leaders, mentor technical staff, and drive business impact across engagements.
Qualifications
• years of consulting or advisory experience as a technical specialist, architect, or developer
• 5+ years leading technical design and implementation for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
• Deep expertise in integration products such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft
• Ability to lead and direct multiple engagements with IT leadership of various clients and stakeholders
• Deep expertise in designing and architecting cloud‑based enterprise scale software solutions
• Deep experience in solution design and architecture, complex application integrations, and data conversion using RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Ability to train and develop Huron technical staff
• Ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
• Willingness to support pursuit activities by attending and participating in oral presentations as a technical expert
• Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $225,000, with total estimated compensation range of $206,250 - $303,750 including annual incentive compensation. The role is eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, and other wellness programs. Salary range information is provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency.
