Responsibilities
- Provide program-level oversight for 12 IT Project Managers.
- Manage large-scale IT projects, coordinating across multiple internal groups.
- Deliver executive-level updates and status reports to stakeholders.
- Oversee testing practices, including SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing, and manage the lead test group.
- Familiarity with Healthy Innovations Platform (HIP) currently handling 6065% of Care Management work.
- Experience with Healthy Returns System (HRS) is also acceptable.
- Interaction with client systems:
- Clinical Data Platform (CDP) data warehouse
- Condition Identification & Stratification systems
- Digital Enablement team (interaction tracking system)
- Telephony systems
- Correspondence Center (letters system)
- Proven ability to manage large, complex IT programs in healthcare or insurance domains.
- Strong communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and complex organizational structures.
