KPMG is currently seeking a Director, SAP S4/HANA Plan to Inventory (PTI) in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities
• Oversee key business development activities for our SAP consulting practice, including proposing services, estimating projects, performing in a PTI solution architect role, leading pre‑sales activities for SAP S4/HANA implementation opportunities, and developing and maintaining relationships with key SAP industry personnel.
• Lead highly skilled client and KPMG Plan to Inventory work teams through full project life cycles.
• Participate in the continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings.
• Assist partners with practice administration, including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people‑management decisions.
Qualifications
• Minimum ten years of recent experience providing SAP advisory services, specific to Plan to Inventory (PTI) capabilities, to clients across multiple industries.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment; experience with SAP Activate methodology and leading design workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Preferred experience in leading pre‑sales activities, a Big Four accounting firm, and implementing SAP Greenfield and Selective Data Transition approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Deep expertise in the following SAP business processes and data: MRP, production planning, production execution, production order staging, quality management, integration to MES systems, production and material master data.
• Ability to travel up to 60% based on the specific project and location.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity.
