Position: Order Processor (Centralized Processing)

Order Processor (Centralized Processing)

STARK is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our Centralized Processing team. This is a great opportunity for design industry enthusiasts to start their careers with one of the biggest names in the field.

The incumbent will be a key part of our operations, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all orders, ensuring a seamless experience for our Account Managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process all orders within one business day of submission.
  • Enter data into our system, and write and manage purchase orders
  • Verify and cross-check order details to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy before processing.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or missing information, following up on order status with the mill to ensure all orders are on track.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to Account Managers regarding order status, outstanding issues, or required clarifications.
  • Respond to all inquiries related to orders.
  • Monitor and manage all order-related activity within Hub Spot to ensure complete recordkeeping, transparency, and accurate tracking of sales processes.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to Sales Operations leadership to support coaching and process enhancements.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Must possess strong communication, organizational, computer, and analytical skills.
  • Strong math skills are required.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook, with proven data entry capabilities.
  • A degree is preferred, with a minimum of one year of professional experience.
