About the Team

The Integrity/Fraud, Trust & Safety Product Team protects Door Dash’s platform by building scalable systems that detect and prevent fraud, account takeovers, and identity abuse—without compromising user experience. Our mission is to preserve trust as we grow into new markets and verticals. From first login to ongoing engagement, we’re building a secure, seamless experience for millions of Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants every day.

About the Role

Door Dash is evolving beyond food delivery to become your door to more—expanding into new categories, markets, and earning opportunities. As our platform grows in scale and complexity, maintaining trust and integrity is more important than ever. That’s why we’re investing in industry-leading fraud defenses to ensure a safe, seamless experience for every customer, Dasher, and merchant.

At the core of this work is our commitment to strengthening Account Takeover (ATO) prevention, Identity Intelligence and Fraud Platform Decision Engines including Anomaly Detection—critical infrastructure that secures user access, verifies identity, and protects the integrity of our platform across all Door Dash products and verticals.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead strategy and execution in this space. This highly impactful role safeguards Dashers, Merchants, and Consumers from fraud while enabling frictionless, secure access for legitimate users and detecting anomalous activity across a variety of fraud vectors.

You’ll be at the forefront of Door Dash’s efforts to prevent unauthorized access, power identity verification, and scale trust and safety across the platform. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Risk Operations, and Customer Experience teams to build and evolve the fraud detection and defense systems that protect millions of users daily.

You will report into the Director of Trust, Safety & Integrity within the Customer Experience and Fraud organization.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Own the roadmap for ATO prevention, Identity Intelligence and Fraud Platform (Rules Engines / Anomaly Detection), with a focus on data quality, automation, and decision velocity.—building detection infrastructure, signals, and decisioning systems that protect user and accounts at scale.

• Launch real-time fraud defenses that leverage behavioral biometrics, device intelligence, and machine learning–based risk scores.

• Unify fraud signals across surfaces into a self-serve risk data platform that enables flexible, real-time decisions by ML, Strategy & Ops, and Analytics teams.

• Advance our rules engine to be more flexible, reliable, and scalable - enabling faster iteration, safer deployments, and greater control over fraud detection logic.

• Drive development of our Anomaly Detection and triage platform, delivering autonomous detection, mitigation, and end-to-end observability.

• Design secure user flows that preserve trust and enable fast, frictionless access and recovery for legitimate users.

• Drive incident response efforts, leading product work streams during high-impact fraud spikes and coordinating post-mortem initiatives.

• Define and own key metrics such as ATO rate, identity signal coverage, false positive rate, recovery conversion, and user trust perception.

Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data Science, Risk Ops, and CX to deliver high-impact security and trust outcomes.

We’re excited about you because…

• You have 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of owning and scaling ATO prevention, Identity Intelligence products, Fraud Platform capabilities.

• You have proven experience with behavioral biometrics, device fingerprinting, and signal enrichment techniques to verify user identity and prevent fraud.

• You have experience building fraud platforms and tools that support decision-making at scale, such as alerting systems, configurable workflows, or data-driven evaluation engines.

• You bring a strong understanding of fraud detection…
